Osjetiš bolji oporavak?

Nešto osjetim, jer znam da su prehrana i treninzi ostali nepromijenjeni, kao i suplementacija prije tog.

A onak..ne umaram se tolko oko ostalih dnevnih aktivnosti, nešto bolje spavam i smireniji sam. Probava za 5+ hehe

morat cu ja pocet sa glutaminom..
kupio sam sada grozdani secer.. nisam ga nikada do sada pio.. sad cu nakon treninga sa proteinima..

A pijete vi minerale i to?? ja sam kupio sada magnezij..

ja sam ga kupio.. jer mi znaju misici cesto preko noci trzat.. sto kazu da je posljedica toga.. nedostatak magnezija..

Grozdjani secer
Multivitamini
magnezij
L-carnitin
Super fat burner..

Kreatin ce pricekati sa upotrebom, ali ovo ostalo ide :D
