kakva su vasa iskusta s energetskim plocicama?
kakve plocice uzimate? koje su vam najdraze?
kada uzimate , prije treninga , ujutro ? kako utjecu na
debljinu?
pls pisite , jer jako malo znam o tome . tnx

Radije pojedi pošteni obrok umjesto što ceš dat pare za tu malu cokoladicu i dalje ostat gladna.

tipa onoga: bolje pojest energ. plocicu nego cijelo pile. jeli to zabluda?

Malo malo pa radim proteinske, naravno imaju i dosta energije... recept je ne ovim stranicama.
Meni osobnu su odlicne, obicno ih jedem poslije podne, cesto one dane kad treniram...
Bolje sam napravit nego kupovat, bolje su po okusu i jeftinije ispadne a tko zna sto se moze sve nac u onima iz ducana.

    * š šalica javorovog sirupa bez šecera (moze i nesto slicno posto je javor dosta skup. ja sam stavio agavu)

    * š/4 šalice narancinog soka
    * š cajna žlicica vanilije (moze i bez toga)

po mome misljenju isto bolje maznut komad mesa i rize uz to.. jedino ako ces ove plocice nosit sa sobom u dzepu negdje.. pa ako dodje potreba :D

Proteinske plocice su baš za tu namjenu - kad ogladniš po putu..
