Pozdrav svi ljudi dobre volje :D

Nakon što sam dugo citao ovi forum odlucio sam si sastaviti plan prehrane a naknadno cu i plan treninga .

Inace visok sam 202 cm . Imam 103 kg . Treniram košarku . Cilj mi je izgubiti mast sada za predstojece ljeto ...

Što kažete na kardio ujutro na tašte ? Nakon toga ide dorucak pa sve ostalo ...

Svoj jelovnik cu da postavim pod temu mršavljenje ...
