ufff ko ce meni ovo platit leosk ti ovako i doma pobacaš stvari i izletiš van, ha? covjece...sad nemam snage ni komentirat, možda se vratim kasnije :))) samo jedna stvar - diži te zobene covjece, meni je to minimum loš 2. međuobrok....i koji je od ovih obrok nakon treninga? |

i ja se slazem za proteine,inace navecer se masti i proteini jedu jel se duze probavljaju pa organizam trosi kalorije preko noci a ne uh jer se brzo probave i idu u zalihe |

..baš u ovom tvom slucaju tijelo lakše sprema masne naslage..na treningu si se istrošio, ispraznio glikogen, kortizol ti divlja...a uh-a nigdje.....slobodno pojedi nešto malo nakon treninga, jedeš mišice ovako.. moraš obavezno dignut te proteine..neka ti budu bar 2g/ kg što je tebi cca š60 g...a pogledaj cetvrtak, petak pogotovo ...prepremalo, još ako radiš š00%-tne treninge kako si rekao :) ...radiš si kontrcfekt, usporavaš metabolizam....prvo to mijenjaj Edited by Gym_girl |

Ne znam,meni je smiješno kada vidim da netko napiše "u toliko i toliko sati jedem toliko i toliko toga i toga"... Meni je svaki dan drugaciji i gotovo nikada ne doruckujem,rucam i veceram u isto vrijeme,za međuobroke ne moram ni spominjat,jedva da ih i ima. Ne znam,možda imam previše obaveza ali teško da bi se mogao striktno držati takve rutine i pravila.

pa nejedem striktno tako ugl prehrena mi je kao u prilozenom danu u ponedeljkom samo sto mi je međuobrok posni sir i 20 deka dimceka..nemogu drugacije jer sam srednjoskolac
