 davore trcin ja 3 puta tjeno HIIT po š3 sprinteva sad nekih š7 minuta me izadje,za 2 tjedna cu po š5 sprinteva da bude 20 minuti, ali opet virujen da san bolji od tebe,tako da ti se uvati jos necega,a ne da kukas stalno

 malo mi ide na neku stvar on sa filozofiranjen,a neki dan je kuka da se nemoze pogledat u ogledalo,da nebi slike stavija od sramote i tako nesto  ja iman jos misec dana a vec san nelose napredova,neman plocice pa sta nije to mare daj pizde kako se kaze u nas,za misec dana ce to bit ok iman sad 77 kila to je 6 manje iden jos izgubit 2 i to je to sta bude,zivo me zaboli,iovako me sad svi na poslu zajebaju jesi poija jaja ujutro,kako si se to nabilda,jel uzimas proteine i slicne gluposti,a po meni i nije to nesto prevelika razlika al eto

 Evo danas ruke prsa i trbuh, osjecam se bolje, valjda ce biti uspjeha  neka zamjena za zobene ujutro, prdi mi se od njih strašno? Sad žderem polubijeli sa sirom, cini me punijim energije...

A neznam bas koliko si bolji od mene.. ko da ja ne radim, nakon utega popijem PWM i nastavim jos sat vremena biciklu pedalirat, a ostale dane radim boks.. tako da..

I nemoj onakve gluposti pricat, radije se malo kultiviraj i nauci gramatiku hrvatskog jezika
