Ako itko ima kakvu informaciju o tome gdje se i od koga može kupiti "slide board" - bio bih mu vrlo zahvalan.
BTW, nikako mi nije jasno zašto je gotovo "izumrla" praksa korištenja ovog neizmjerno korisnog rekvizita u treningu. Rijetko gdje se može pronaci pomagalo koje omogucuje sjajan trening prevencije ozljeda, jacanja CORE muskulature, tonizacije kriticnih ("ženskih") regija, razvoja agilnosti i izdržljivosti itd. |
