kakav kruh konzumirate - razeni, integralni, crni,
kukuruzni ..????? u kojim kolicinama? jeli zdrav? koje su mu nutritivne vrijednosti? sto zaista jedemo iz pekara? dobar kruh , ili kruh pun aditiva? kakva peciva jos volite, jedete???? |

raženi, napravljen vlastitim rukama ili pekacem za kruh, pekaru ne vidim tako da me aditivi ne brinu :) kolicina....kako kad..š00-200 g ..nekad niš...ovisi o nizu razloga :) |

uh, ja ga neznam sama praviti, neidu mi te pite i pitice
kad moram zamjesiti tjesto. ostalo sve kuham, pecem, rostiljam , ali zamjesiti neznam pa ipak odem u pekaru. sta cu ???? |

Kupujem u ducanima, uglavnom integralno pecivo SOVITAL od Žitoproizvoda(karlovacka firma), a imaju i dobre mišancije od kruhova.
Oni iz manjih pekara su mi previše kvasasti-koliko kvasca, od toga me napuhava i boli me želudac, ali ja sam ionako kad je želudac u pitanju specificna, rijetko koja namirnica mi ne izaziva tegobe, tako da se orijentiram na ono od cega mi je najmanje muka. A nekad da nisam ništa pojela me opet boli - jer je nagla promjena vrimena, tako da je to druga prica. E, sad sam otišla u Vratimo se temi. U Mercatoru ima crni kruh koji izgleda kao malo veci francuz(veci promjer). Taj je odlican i ima izvrsnu strukturu, sastav, okus, ma sav je very good. Ja isto raženi kupujem nisam baš za mjesit tijesto
nego, jel nije malo puno pojesti 200g kruha dnevno, ipak je to preko 500cal??? |

na masi sam ma napisala sam da ovisi...o danu, o treningu...dal je crobni, ancrobni...što jedem u ostalim obrocima itd...ne brojim ja kalorije previše, otprilike znam koliko mi treba i koliko mi je dovoljno....nekad ga uopce ne jedem nisam više u fazi skidanja kila pa sam opuštenija malo s tim.. :) a i to je više između š00 i 200 g.... Ocemo i za štrudlu recept! Najdraži mi kolac Ocu znat sama napravit jer sam za ta pecenja antitalent, ali uz malo prakse- PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT Najbolja je štrudla-topla štrudla, he,he. Edited by Kate |
