Karategirl pozdrav.Nemoj se obazirati na vrijeme jer ceš biti frustrirana ako ti se to u određenom vremenu ne ostvari.cim prije pocni sa vježbanjem i zdravom prehranom i kile ce padati.Nekom je potrebno više nekom manje i smatram da je bolje da se ne baviš tim racunicama jer sve ovisi o tvojoj aktivnosti i prehrani

naucno je dikazano da nijedna dijeta od ovih sada aktuelnih nije zdrava po organizam,iz razloga sto takvim dijetama gubis vodu iz organizma a ne ono sto ti je primarni cilj masne naslage i efekat tih dijeta je uvek jo jo efekat.uz pravilan rad i pravilnu ushranu mozes izgubiti š kg masnih naslaga nedeljno
