Evo ovako
Imam š6 godina,i vježbam vec nekih pola godine,a uz to i treniram i igram mali nogomet.Imam š74 cm visine i oko 84 kg,krupne sam građe.U tih 6 mjeseci vježbanja,ojacao sam cijelo tijelo,jedino bih još htio izgubiti malo opsega u trbuhu,znaci smanjiti trbuh.Imate li neke savjete,kako skinuti malo trbuha.I htio bih još pitati,kako da dobijem deblje ruke,znaci opseg u rukama(podlaktica,nadlaktica) |
