Evo kako je zatoplilo izgubio sam volju za tertanom, a moram i priznati da su mi utezi malo dosadili, pa me zanima jel se tko od vas redovito bavi bodyweight vježbama( sve varijacije sklekova, zgibova, cucnjeva itd) odnosno postoje li kakvi programcici?

  E hvala , vec sam vidio taj program, nije loše, mogao bih to raditi za pocetak,a  onda cu si valjda uspjeti napraviti vlastiti program.

Al oni su više za fat burn efekt, nikako za mišicnu izgradnju i opcenito snagu i nikako ne smiju biti baza treninga.

  malo sam pogledao, nije loše, ali treba još tu ubaciti zgibova, obrnutih sklekova, cucnjeva,varijacija za trbuh i to je to...inace ove burpeese sam probao( jel postoji hr rijec za tu vježbu?) i stvarno je paklena vježba, preporucio bih je svakome..

Jesu za fat burn, ali takodjer ceš od njih ojacat i dovest se u neku formu. Nije baš da nicemu osim skidanje sala ne služe. Ne možeš ga uspoređivat sa ostalim treninzima, ali u nedostatku boljeg, nije loše...

  Itekako se može bolje, ima toliko kvalitetnih bodyweight vježbi, samo da se to pametno iskombinira u nekakav program
