Nesto sam citala da je cest njihov deficit i da je to jako opasno za mozak...Koliko opasno??

nije toliko opasno koliko je super ako ih unosiš :)

Daaa, hvala ti :)) Najteze je odabrati neki praktican izvor, a uz to i zdrav, jer ne mogu svaki treci dan ribu priustit za rucak, jer ne zivim sama, a i nisam toliko sebicna =)))

Postoji ovaj margarin Omegol sada...Ali ne znam koliko je to pametna varijanta...:/

Omegol nije niti pristupacna niti neznam kako pametna varijanta, najbolje je piti riblje ulje, samo treba naci dovoljno povoljno ;)

Hvala ti na savjetu! Mah...ne opterecujem se puno time, vec sam citala da su jako dobri za memoriju i pamcenje,mozak kompletno!! Btw uloga masnoca u tijelu me inace jako zanima, pa ako imas neki clanak o tome, ak' nije frka proslijedi...Da se malo "obrazujem" :) :)

Pa znam neke clanke za omegu baš a može biti i opcenito, pogledam! fora je kod omege što je super za puno više stvari nego što se prica, kožu, oci, mišice, mršavljenje, mozak, manje više što god kažeš, vjerovatno da ce omega masne kiseline imati pozitivan utjecaj na to ;)

Pa trebali ste me ranije u te vode odvesti onda...Jojjj, jojjjj...

Samo me zanima kako cu pronaci tooo...Ima da krenem redom po trgovinama u potragu heheh...I isto tako se moram raspitati o kolicini i koliko bi iznosila dnevna upotreba, koja ne deblja! No, 'ajde, o tome cu vas tusiti kad ga zbavim poooooz!
