Pozdrav!

Pronašo sam na netu full body program koji se može raditi kod kuce. Njega bi kombinirano sa nekom crobnom aktivnošcu. 

Bench press
Lateral raise
Barbell row
Hammer curls
Kickbacks
Deadlifts
Static lunge
Squats

E sad, mene zanima koliko je ovo dobro za nekakav pocetak? Program sam mislio raditi 3x tjedno, svaku vježbu 3 serije sa š0-š2 ponavljanja s time da bi težine u svakoj seriji povecavao.

Doma imam bucice, curl šipku i slobodne utege... Bench sam prije radio na pilates lopti...

Mrtvo dizanje prvo radis, pa onda recimo veslanje u pretklonu, pa sklekove ili potisak bucicama na lopti, i jos okomito veslanje ili vojnicki potisak.. Nakon toga odradis vjezbu za biceps, triceps i bocno ili zadnje rame kao lateral raise.. Na kraju svega trbusnjaci..
