Evo mog treninga i prehrane:
Trening : Swing 20x5 (6kg), 20x3 20kg ( TABATA) Trusko 4x2 (6kg), 2x2 20 kg m.press 8x5 (6kg) , 5x3 20 kg floor press 3x3 6kg, 2x2 20 kg Plank ubacujem po volji xx Uvest cu i preskakanje ueta msm tjedno Vjebam 3-4 puta tjedno, nedeljom imam kardio Prehrana: Ujutro : 00g zobenih+mlijeko+voce ( moram jo dorucak srediti ) h: pojedem neko voce 00 g posnoga Rucak : po mogucnosti pilece meso tj. prsica sa raznim prilozima Trening: uzimam 30g proteina+50 g dekstroze i voda, pojedem moda bananu ili jabuku Vecera: 00 g posnog + ljenjaci, ili uzmem nekakvi jogurt Pomozite u sastavljanju prehrane ! Njab sam u tome Cilj : Povecanje snage i definicija Ne volim ba ono 0 kg miicne mase Visina: 80 cm Teina : 7-72 kg Metabolizam : brz , bio i prije posebne prehrane
