ova vjezba koja se radi svaki dan ponedeljak utorak srijda cetvrtak petak ... mnogo je zahtjevno mnogi nemamo vremena ili novcA ZA SVE OVE DANE .... kako skratiti trening na tri dana .... ali na tri dobra dana .. veoma dobra .. maximalno dobra . hvala unaprijed ;)

Apsolutno nepotrebno.Umjesto serije od 12 10 8 6 3 ponavljanja napravis 5 serija od 6 ponavljanja sa istom tezinom.Komplicirate samo zato da bi se clanak cinio "strucniji".Hah.
