Radite 2 mjeseca svaki trening mrtvo dizanje umjesto izolacija bicepsa i tricepsa i imat cete vece ruke nego da radite samo vjezbe za biceps i triceps. Kad cete vise shvatit da se masa ne nabija izolacijskim vjezbama. Koliko puta to moramo ponavljati? Svaki dan?

Dugo vremena sam radio razno razne vježbe za ruke koje su gore prikazane - odlicne su, ali najviše rezultata su dali zgibovi s podhvatom!!!

zdravo, ja sam pocetnik i nedavno sam kupio leptir spravu pa bi trebao savjet kako da vjezbam? znam sve pravilno samo me zanima jel u serijama da vjezbam i po koliko? hvala.
