Ma poždero sam ga ja još jutros (5min nakon što sam otvorio ovu temu XD) heheh

A i to što kažete, moram se malo i udebljat, ektomorf sam :D Sad cu nakon utakmice ic trenirat (jbg nsiam imao kad) i onda nakon treninga kao PWM pojest 3-4 kuhana jaja :D I da, nema veze ako ih (jaja) posolim, jel?

Pa ako je mršavac koji radi na mišicnoj masi, nece mu ništa biti, da pace, bolje da ga pojede u pravo vrijeme nego ne.

Ma odlucio sam da moram malo više jesti takvu hranu (puding... itd) jer sam ektomorf i trebam jest kako bi masu pretvorio u mišice, jer sad nemam što pretvarati :D Naravno, i dalje cu vježbat po starom, smao cu malo više papat >ovakvu< hranu :D

Jedi ti radije vise paste, rize, integralnog kruha... jedi puno UH niskog glikemijskog indeksa, treniraj utege 3 x tjedno, nemoj radit kardio, i pomalo ce doci masa...

Ma ok je, nsiam rekao da cu stalno žnjopat "neudravu" hranu, nego da cu je jest ponekad kako bi nadopunio M i UH, proteina jedem dosta :D

Sad si otišao u potpuno krivom smjeru  ;) Kao prvo, ne možeš nikakvu "masu" PRETVARATI u mišice, tako da ti plan nema smisla. Kao drugo, baza je kvalitetna hrana, to što sam rekao da ne smeta puding ne znaci da trebaš "Živjeti" na pudinzima. Kužiš? Kvalitetna hrana osnova, junk što uleti sa STRANE i treninzi
