Procitao sam na jednoj stranici da su 3 inverted row-a zamjena za 1 pullup.

Je li to istina?

Zgibovi nemaju zamjene, u nekim programima barbell row(veslanje u preklonu) je zamjenjeno tom vjezbom inverted row. Ugl dobra je za pocetnike koji ne znaju tehniku, i nemaju jaku muskulaturu pa da sa veslanjem ne bi povrijedili ledja.
Onoga trena kada pocneš razmišljati što ceš uraditi ako izgubiš, vec si izgubio.

Inv row je horizontal pull a pullup je vertical pull. Treba obe vjezbe radit kao i press i bench press za balans.

A sto se tice aktivacije misica inv row sa trx-om npr akt vise od barbell bent over rowsa.
