Citam vas vec neko vrijeme i evo tek sam se sad odlucila registrirati. Prvenstveno je to kako bih doznala nešto više o zdravoj hrani i vježbanju :) 
Na 4. sam tjednu Shaun T-ovog Focusa T25 i užasno mi se svidja, no imam problema s prehranom i nikako se ne mogu "dovesti u red" što se prehrane tice. Eto, krajnje je vrijeme da sad i to ucinim :)

Focus t-25 dolazi sa planom prehrane bas za taj prpgram treninga.
Ne pridrzavas se toga ili nisi skinula to?

Nisam nažalost skinula plan prehrane za Focus jer ga je jako teško pronaci, na netu tj. nisam ga nigdje našla, nadam se da budem uskoro :D

Ovo ti je lista namirnica koje jedeš dok si na focusu, kombiniraš P+M+UH svaki dan od ovog iz liste i to ti je to :)
Izaberi 3-4 namirnice i pojedi si 4 puta i na miru si :)

Oh nice :D ako je tako onda i ne jedem prenezdravo. Samo me muci što ne mogu jesti slatko. Ali ok, imam steviju pa cu od sad s njom i zobenim pahuljicama, integralnim, ili raženim brašnom i vocem raditi kolace i keksice.
