Pozdrav svima, imam 14 godina.
Citao sam i citao, i koliko toliko shvatio da proteini npr. Whey, nisu stetni za organizam.
Nakon 2 godine vjezbanja i dijete dosao sam, hajmo reci do idealne tezine ( 182cm, 61 kg )
Sad sam odlucio malo ocvrsnuti, koliko sam cuo proteini ce to ubrzati.
Pa me sad zanima, koliko puta tjedno da idem u teretanu ( na koliko vremena ), kako i koliko se uzimaju proteini, da skratim, sve sto mogu napraviti da ucvrstim tijelo u sto kracem vremenskom roku :)

182cm i 61kg = idealna težina? nebi baš rekla LOL ja mislim da tebi fali koji kg Thumbs Up

Ma jebo jos ima sala na meni, nego ja neda se meni vise na dijetu, sad tih 20 kg treba misici doc hehe :)

Ti imas idelanu tezinu cak i 1 kg ispod nje, a kazes da jos uvijek imas sala, vjerovatno zato sto nemas misicne mase. Pusti se dijeta i suplje i uhvati se treninga i dobijaj na misiicnoj masi.

ne znam meni je to premršavo, iste sam visine 75 kila i solidno gradjen, nemam nesto previse misicne mase.
