koji nivo aktivnosti stavljam u tdee kalkulator ako ovako treniram, help pls ?
pon sri pet 25 minuta zagrijavanje orbitrek, razgibavanje bodyweight trening bez pauze (5 vježbi, 7 ponavljanja po vježbi, 10 serija) trajanje maks 60 min sa zagrijavanjem i razgibavanjem uto cet pet 50-55 minuta 60-70% VO2 maks kardio na orbitreku Edited by Markan1989 - 04 Rujan 2012 at 18:31 |

25 minuta zagrijavanje, šta si ti djedica od 80 godina? a trebao bi vrlo aktivan pošto je 6xtjedno trening, ali pod hitno mjenjaj trening. Zagrijavanje max 10min. Ove druge dane intervale radi na orbitreku tipa 20/30 ili 30/30, max 20min. Ovo 60-70% si mislio na heart rate ili si radio test za Vo2 max? Pozz
