ja sam totalni amater svaka pomoc mi je dobro došla.Želim skinit salo sa trbuha i raširit prsa,ledja...(ono da budem ljepo izdefiniran,ništa previše)

proteine imam,sad se mislim dali da narucim nešto za topljenje masti samo neznan šta,mislija san l-karnitin ili ketoni maline?

Što imaš od opreme, vježbaš kod kuce ili u teretani?
Kreni s treningom za cijelo tijelo, sa složenim vježbama, sredi prehranu i onda dodatke prehrani dodaj.

Pa amo rec da sam od danas tek poceo pazit na prehranu,jutros sam pojeo 2 jaja,2 fete kruha,za rucak juhu,2 cevapa,kumpirice,mix salatu,popodne 3-4 fete kruha sa maslom i mermeladom,a za veceru opet 2 jaja

Uf. I ja sam amater, al iz aviona se vidi da ti ovo ništa ne valja.

Izbaci maslac, a posebno s tolko kruha. Kruh je bolje jesti u manjim kolicinama i to najbolje raženi ili crni.
Ja krumpire jedem samo kuhane, za cevape sam zaboravila kak izgledaju :D

Uglavnom, procitaj malo jelovnike po forumu i savjete, naci ceš svašta korisno.
Možeš pogledat i neke teme na transformaciji, ja sam se tamo najbolje snalazila dok mi nešto nije bilo jasno, a možeš i pisat, meni je puno pomoglo :D

Uglavnom, sretno :)
