pozdrav..napravio sam si malu kucnu teretanu i sastavio sam si nekakav trening od tog sto imam pa ako nije problem da podijelite svoja misljenja u vezi treninga..znaci imam benc ez sipku i bucice..
1.DAN Benc-piramida od 8 serija Propadanje-3 Sklekovi-3 Rameni potisak sa šipkom-3 Odrucenje-3 2.DAN Mrtvo dizanje-piramida od 8 serija Veslanje sa šipkom-3 Biceps pregib sa ez šipkom-3 Biceps pregib sa bucicama-3 Trbušnjaci na klupi-3 Podizanje nogu-3 |

to kombiniram nekako u trecem danu..ova dva dana su ok?
