definicija ili masa?

Dvoumim se da li ostati na masi ili ici na definiciju. Još sam pocetnik u svemu ovome,a ne smatram se niti pretilim,a opet mislim da imam višak masti. Što mi vi preporucate?  

17 godina,170 visina,63kg.


BMI: 22,10   BodyFat:14.00 

BMR: 1.651,70

dobio sam nekih 2 kile u mjesec dana i vidim pomake (male naravno) u rukama,nogama itd ali kaj se tice trbuha ništa...a citao sam dok ne skinem posljednji gram masti s trbuha da se trbušnjaci nece vidjeti..

A nije bas tako doslovno. Kazu da se vertikalna crta izmedju svih redova lijevih i desnih trbusnjaka vidi kod 9,8% body fata. Ovako ugrubo, prvi red se moze vec vidjeti kod 15-20%, ovisno o fizionomiji. Meni velicina trbusnjaka zna varirati pa cak od dana do dana. Tocno se vidi da su spljosteni kad izbacim vodu.
No cinjenica je da se trbusnjaci rade u kuhinji. Ja bi kontrolirao prehranu i radio a masi.

prehrana mi je za masu tak da ono..


EDIT: izracunao sam body fat u % i piše 12.02 %
