Da li je dobro da mi je jedan segment treninga pobijedi vrijeme mjesec dana bio 10 minuta za gornji i 10 minuta za donji dio tj. da li je to lose sto se tice napretka. P.S svaki trening(3 puta sedmicno)su druge vjezbe.
