evo odlucih se konacno na registraciju
imam 24god, visoka sam 164cm, teška 53kg..
ugl od osnovnjaka se bavim sportovima (pošto nemogu bit konstantno na jednom mjestu trenirala sam atletiku, rukomet, košarku i karate xD ) neodlucno dijete jbga , u srednjoj sam krenula u teretanu, no kako je poceo faks ovo ono tako sam i prestala odlazit u teretanu, no svakodnevno sam vježbala u stanu( rastezanje, imam dva utega) i pala je konacna odluka da krenem kontinuirano u teretanu no zainteresirala sam se za pijenje proteina,
koj bi mi vi kao vec iskusniji u tome preporucili, koji bi bio najbolji, kvalitetan, da mi se oblikuju mišici, a da nije skup..svaki savjet je dobro došao

ma samo pogledaj da ti je na 1 mjerici wheya (30ak grama) barem 20-25 grama proteina. Svi koji imaju tako su dobri

Gold standard imam i ja.
Ako ceš proteine: jaja-tuna-posni
U prašku: whey za ujutro i poslije treniga. A ako hoceš prije spavanja popit možeš onda casein. Isto može od gold standard marke.

whey je brzoapsorbirajuci pa ti dodje ujutro i iza treninga dobro jer brzo dodje u krv
casein je spori protein i on se otpušta kroz nekih 2-3 sata. dobro dodje i kao medjuobrok ako ne stigneš jest ili ako ceš jest tek za cca 2 sata+
