  jel bi mi neko mogo pomoci visoka sam š72cm i teska 45,5kg......htjela bigh se udebljati pliz....zna li neko neki program ili tak nesto sto bi pomoglo.....hvala

opet program svaki se radi idividualno ovisno o zeljama ciljevivima,vrsti gradje....

pa ima 45 kila, kakvo salo.....najmanje bi smjela imat 55 kilaa.....

 može i meni pomoc.evo radim plan za prehranu i sad uzimam podatke s važe tablice i nekužim šta je šta tj trebaju mi kalorije.usput dali negdje piše koliko ima proteina u toj hrani i kolko bi njega morao unosit u onako malo drasticnijoj djeti.hvala.

  Ona sigurno nece nabit 5 kila sala, ima 45 kila a trebala bi imat oko 55 i vise
