Bok!
Visok sam š70 cm, težak 65 kg. Cilj mi je dobiti nekih 6-8 kg pa se nakon toga dobro izdefinirat. Molio bi nekog da mi napiše program za izgradnju mišicne mase sa objašnjenjem pojedinih vježbi. Unaprijed hvala! |
