hmmm...ovako
imam 20 godina,visok sam š84 i imam 74-5 kila...nedavno sam poceo vježbati... U teretanu tjedno idem 2X preko faksa jer inace nebi ni išao...pa me zanima dali bi neko mogao ako ima dovoljno slobodnog vremena,izraditi mi program za vježbanje koje bi ukljucivalo recimo i jedan put u tjednu vježbanje doma i/ili trcanje...moj cilj nije masa(oke,možda 2-4 kile gore)nego definicija.... unaprijed hvala |

Pajdo malo kasniš s odg, nije da je strašno, nekih 2mj samo.. Btw, nema treninga za definiciju ili masu, treniraš u kuhinji ako me razumiješ. |

Postoji program treninga za masu i program treninga za definiciju, trening sa utezima je isti u oba programa, razlika je u prehrani i suplementaciji.
