ništa ne treba ljuštiti- staviš kao rižu kuhat jedno 15 minuta i poslužiš je kao rižu ako je prilog mesu. Ako hoceš na slatko preporucam 20 min kuhanja da postane kaša pa je zasladiš

da, pise heljdina kaša i izgleda kao na slici.
nekih 20kn/kg, sad nezz jel to O.K, jer gledam malo po netu  i cijena je ista samo na 500g.

Evo jedan jako fini recept za palacinke, valjda se cura koja je izmislila recepet nece ljutiti. :D Ja još dodam bjelanjke u smijesu da upotpunim obrok. :)

Ja sam našla neki super recept s heljdom, blitvom, posnim i jogurtom. Na kraju ispadne kao neka slana pita. Neki dan sam je jela s tofuom kao prilog piletini i bila je super. Zahvalna je namirnica jer ostavlja puno prostora za manevre.
