Lacee Kovacs, veliki sportaš nevjerovatnih sposobnosti. Sreli smo se 2009 godine u Budimpešti na RKC level 1 certificiranju za kettlebell instruktore (danas SFG) i kasnije na FMS certificiranju. Daleko je dogurao od onda. To je samo dokaz da vrhunski Crossfiteri treniraju pametno, a ne samo žestoko. Snaga, mobilnost i tehnika, pa tek onda razbijanje na treninzima ( ni onda 100% svaki put) ;)

Ako ste u Zagrebu, toplo preporucujem Marina Bašica i njegovu ekipu. Bio sam malo skeptican prema crossfitu, ali oni imaju stvarno ok pricu. SUstavno rade ;)

Ne postam ovo zbog hejta ( mislim d aje crossfit ideja fantasticna) nego da potaknem raspravu malo. Što mislite zašto sam to rekao? koji su moguci nedostatci crossfita a koje prednosti?

Gledam ovaj video i u oci mi upada cura koja je na veslackom ergometru.. Kae oni njima tamo nisu pokazali pravilnu tehniku veslanja? :O

jest, ideja je bila fantasticna za zaraditi lovu. Vjerojatno se slažemo da su bazicne kondicijske pripreme u vecini sportova jednako ili još više multidisciplinirane kao u crossfitu,tisucama godina, od borilackih sportova pa danas do motociklizma. Glassman je inteligentno primijeti rupu i tromost fitness industrije, koja je mislila da svi žele ili biti mišicavi ili tanki, pa je lijepo uzeo lovu. I meni je osobno multidisciplinarni trening favorit u odnosu na samo dizanje željeza, ali mi nekorektni marketing i poneki idiot izbaci osigurac, kad citam ili sretnem nekoga, pa kao da je crossfit izmislio gimnasticke karike ili olimpijsko dizanje, vježbe mobilnosti, itd. Ali takav marketing danas gledamo svugdje, za nesretne neinformirane naivce. Crossfit je najbolji, kettlebell je najbolji, bodyweight je najbolji, sandbag, powerband, itd... Meni je to užas. Dugo je problem crossfita bio intenzitet i periodizacija, progresija, više ih ne pratim pa pojma nemam što su mijenjali... Znam da su ih neki tužili zbog rabdomiolize, ali to se zbog intenziteta može svugdje dogoditi... Kad sretnem nekog školovanog trenera sa 20 godina iskustva, pa mi pocne pricati da je crossfit centar svijeta, pitam sebe što sam bogu skrivio, a njega pitam što je do sada radio :) No kad netko placa licencu da bi zaradio, onda je njemu naravno to najbolje...
