60 kg,190 cm ,24 godine.. a ono jedem mozda 3 puta na dan..  uglavnom uvijek nesto trpam u usta,vecinom slatkise..  ne pratim sta jedem,uglavnom ne biram..

od aktivnosti? ukoliko ništa ne vježbaš tvoje održavanje bi bilo cca 1800kcal što znači da moraš jesti više od toga, recimo 2000-2100kcal da bi se udebljala. To što jedeš u tih 2000kcal treba biti kvalitetna hrana, a ne slatkisi, ali to vec znas

znam znam... ali baci se na citanje ipak... najbolje kad osoba sama naucit kako si slagat prehranu i treninge.. puno je jednostavnije..
