Pozdrav,

Pisem diplomski rad i trebala bi mi vasa pomoc.
Molila bi vas sve da mi  na dolje navedeno pitanje odgovorite sa DA/NE. Ako vam nije tesko napisite jeste li musko ili zensko i vasu dob.

Radi ustede vremena i novca, biste li unajmili ONLINE OSOBNOG TRENERA/ICU radije nego odlazili u teretanu?

TO bi bila osoba s kojom biste komunicirali preko interneta, dakle ne morate biti iz istog grada/drzave, vjezbate u vlastitom domu, dobijete programe vjezbanja i plan prehrane.

...to nije osobni trening, nego samo kupovina parametriziranog trening programa i konzalting. Nema dijagnostike, određivanja držanja tijela tj poziture,nema snimanja imbalansa i nesimetrije, prilagodbe načina izvođenja vježbi nekome za njegov stav, zamjenske vježbe ak se primjeti da nije spreman za tu vježbu(nije u pitanju intenzitet nego pokret), motivacija u treningu,ajde još, dobro ti ide, itd...osobni trener na licu mjesta prilagodi program tvom tjelesnom stanju za dan kad si bolji ili lošiji...Bez namjere da uvrijedim, to je usluga za one koji ne znaju što je kvalitetan osobni trener i što treba raditi. Nije za svakog odmah čučanj,deadlift, dizanja iznad glave, itd, nego ako se želi popraviti i funkcionalnost tijela postiji progresija kako doći do toga. I da snimam klijenta sa 2-3 kamere, to nije to što treba biti.
