Pa pozdrav svima
Imam 17 godina ,visok sam 194cm i imam 120 kg
Zelim smrsaviti ali ne znam kako ,do 1 mjeseca ove godine sam trenirao 6 puta tjedno ali ni onda bas nisam bio puno mrsaviji ali od onda sam dobio dosta kila pa sad tu trazm pomoc ! :)

Prehrana je veoma bitna, bez sredene prehrane nista Smile

Najbolje da napises par primjera dnevnih jelovnika pa cemo vidjeti, ja bas nisam najstrucnija ali drugi ce uskociti sigurno Smile

vecera:najvise lubenicu sada jedem kada je ima a inace svasta jer ne znam sta drugo
a ovako izmedu svasta nesto malo pojedem jer opet ne znam sta jer stalno moram nesto zvakat haha (naporna navika je to )

Ovako nestručno mogu primjetiti da lubenica nije dovoljna za večeru :) trebao bi si izračunati bmi i tdee i onda po tome količinski složiti jelovnik, jer kako nebi trebali unositi previše kcal isto tako nebi trebali naglo unositi pre malo :)

Meni nije, vec mi je preslo u naviku, znam napamet sta koliko ima kcal pa prakticki automatski racunam

vjerujem da hoces, to samo dode, na pocetku mi se nije dalo ali mi je preslo u naviku :) jedino mi je problem kad imam cheat day kao danas pa sam svjesna koliko sam pojela, bilo mi je ljepše živjeti u neznanju sto se toga tice haha

Imat ces ga i sada samo puno rjeđe, ali vjeruj mi sve sto taj dan pojedes ce ti biti deset puta finije nego prije :D

Ja sam dosla u onaj stadij kad me vise junk ne privlaci, mene muce jedino količine, npr maloprije sam strusila 400 g kikirikija sto bas nije pametno ovako kasno, ali bas mi je godio s obzirom da sam uh drzala nisko zadnje dane :)

ma ja ni ne jedem junk ni cips ,smoki i takve stvari to me nisu starci navikli i nije fino ko domace nest tako sa sam skloniji pojest previse toga

A ti si moj čovjek onda haha potpuno te razumijem, kod mene doma je junk bio jednom svake prijestupne ali zato se količinski uvijek jelo, dobar apetit je značio da si zdrav, pojedi da se ne baci i tako te fore, tako da imam osjećaj da mi je od malena želudac jedna ogromna provalija koju nikad neću zatvoriti, mogu se kontrolirati kada se potrudim ali glad je tu :P
