Ja sam ih danas jela pecene na masnom papiru s krumpirom i butternut tikvom. Od začina malo soli, papra, chillija i senfa :)

Zakaj stalno pileca prsa, pa normalno da ih više nemreš jest :) Batak, zabat nije ništa manje dobar, zapravo bolji je ukusniji :) Govrdina, svinjski but , pureći zabatak, batak....... To su sve lean mesa, ako baš mora biti uvijek lean komad.

Ja šibam po svim vrstama...baš sam neki dan guštala u carskom mesu!
Trenutno sam nisko sa UH pa ak je bal nek je maskenbal! ![]() Inače, ja ti znam pileći file (posoljen,popapren i sa mrc crvene paprike) uvaljati u jaja i sitne zobene i ispeć u pećnici na masnom papiru...budu za prste polizat! |

Evo kaj sam ja danas, tj. jucer radio. 200g pilecih prsa narezanih na trakice, 70g rize, 2 zlice kukuruza (cca 30g), snita feta sira (cca 30g, tek toliko da bude slano, nisam solio). Sve pomijesaj zajedno i mijesaj tak dugo dok se feta skroz ne raspadne. Trenutno sam na cikliranju UH, ovo mi je rucak za srednji dan.
