  kako zategnuti unutarnji dio bedri??
probala sam sa onim vježbama tipa škarica i sl. al neide

kakve druge vježbe?
trebala bi ujednaciti nekako taj unutarnji sa ostalim dijelom!

Možda sumo squat? Ono - raširene noge, sa stopalima okrenutim prema zidu možda, pa ideš gori, doli...

Vjerovatno ti znaš, ali za one koji ne znaju, kad radiš cucnjeve da ne bi kolinu štetilo, tijelom cucanja kolino mora biti u razini sa gležnjom, ne smi prilazit...

ne smi prilazit što?

p.s da.. definitvno glavna stvar je da koljeno ne prelazi prste noge.. ako je tkao nemate se što brinuti za zdravlje koljena!

naravno zagrijavanje ravna leđa i opcenito ostale stvari, necu govoriti..

  Dobro Ily...možda ne može sad odmah cucnjeve...no može krenuti sa mini cucnjevima..opcenito pojacati quadriceps i stražnju ložu...i kroz 2tj krenuti i sa cucnjevima....
