Od danas krecem 4 x na tjedan u teretanu endo sam i znam da ce mi bit vrlo tesko ko i prije nadam se da uspijem i da se nesto moze postic od ove gromade

Nisi uopće gromada. Samo polako kreni, i s treningom i preranom. Nemoj odjednom ništa radikalno jer ćeš ispaliti i odustati.

81.5 kg ljudine jos malo :-) zivot mi se promijenio 100 %

Hej, evo i ja od danas krećem novi život, nov početak. "Božićna" a ne novogodišnja odluka. Trebala bi smršaviti 15 kg. Pa me zanima savjet. Vježbam po jednom DVD-u ballet beautifull koji traje sat vremena, svaki drugi dan a jednom tjedno si trebam uzeti i 2 dana odmora. Vježbam mjesec dana i primjećujem da sam se malo utegla i stekla sam snagu. Da li bi trebala više vježbati, kao npr svaki dan, možda neki cardio?

Ovako znamo blagdani su i sve to (sam jedem dosta slatkog ovih dana)znaci izbaci sve slatkise kolace sokove gazirana pica itd... jedi puno vise proteina nego do sada znaci pileca prsa tuna kuhano crveno meso puretina...,ako imas gdje koju blizu teretanu ja bih otisao u nju jer ces dobit veliku motivaciju dok vidis trud ljudi oko sebe, i mene je bilo sram prvi dan dok sam sa 115kg dosao pred gym otvorio sam vrta i naglo zatvorio i otisao kuci ,drugi dan sam se jedva nagaurao unutra i od onda ne odustajem znam imat gdje koju pauzu godisnje 2-3 tjedna ali to ne znaci nista :D sretno ti zelim jer ja znam da mozes uspjet
