Uvijek me zanimalo... lignje imaju malo više od 1g masti, 16g proteina. Zašto nisu u prehrani sportaša? Netko mi spominje kolesterol

da imaju dosta kolesterola...ali za promjenu ponekad nije lose

Kao što je motivation rekla, kolesterol, no s obzirom da je veza između kolesterola u prehrambenih namirnicama i onog u krvi pod velikim upitnikom, to vjerojatno možeš zanemariti. Ako ti se jedu lignje, jedi lignje, ako ćeš jesti lignje svaki dan, vjerojatno ti budu izašle na nos daleko brže nego što ti budu utjecale na HDL i LDL. |
