e ovako bas me zanima da li mogu dnevno jesti 2 puta zobene pahuljice (doruchak i prije treninga) i nije li problem ako u ruchak (poslije treninga) i veceru(poslije ruchka i jos jednog obroka) ubacim i jedem rizu zbog uh...posto idem na masu ono 4g po kg tjelesne tezine...a ne znam odakle bih jos namirivao toliku kolicinu UH...pa ako ne tko moze jos sta za dodati bogato UH oko 70 na š00 gr bilo bi sjajno
awesome :))

Možeš slobodno, iako je najbolji izbor poslje treninga i ujutro.. no još jednom nece škoditi jako, ovisno ipak o metabolizmu i tjelesnom tipu

ajde dajte neki dobar primjer dorucka za sutra.. od ovog fitness kruha me boli trbuh.. kakve su zobene smjesane sa svjezim sirom i vodom???

joj brate i ti davore ko tetka kakva (bez uvrede), ne kontam zasto sebi komplicirate, ako ne mozes jesti zobene u vodi ili mlijeku, stavi ih i vocni jogurt bilo kakav i ide ko salata, ako ni to ne mozes e onda j....a buraz
ja u jutro 4 bjelanja i zobene sa bananom i jedem ko zmaj aaaaaa
awesome :))

Btw u temi receptology sam stavio odlican recept za zobene u kojem se doslovno gušim koliko je fino al jbg, ne cita se

tako je vec bolje.. ovako ako nije skuhana, nejde mi nikako..
a ja koristim proteinski shake samo nakon treninga s utezima.. inace samo meso i svjezi sir..
