 ... bok ljudi!
...ja sam ana,... imam š9  godina,... š70cm i 66kg,... želim smršaviti i izgubiti što više sala sa svoga tijela i "istesati" ga!...
...zasad nisam u nikakvoj kondiciji,...pa sam od danas pocela vježbati 60min dnevno,...ali tako da rascjepkam tih 60min. ..ujutro vjezbam 20 minuta (secem)..,popodne vozim bicikl 20min...,a navecer joggiram 20min....
nadam se da ce to djelovati barem nesto...,a kasnije cu poceti jace trenirati kada steknem kondiciju...

jesi li si sredila plan prehrane?koliko kod dobra napravila treningom hranom možeš još više pogoršati pozzz

Da...prehrana je dosta bitna...pisalo se vec o tome na forumu i siteu...slobodno malo pogledaj i ukljuci se u sve teme.

yess...pazi na prehranu, to je najbitnije....a onda probaj što više produžit taj trening...20 min je premalo za crobno (ako je neki niski intenzitet)...al brzo ce se ta kondicija poboljšat pa ce to doc na svoje...

..i ovu šetnju (malo bržu) probaj ujutro natašte obavit ako nisi do sad..isto što duže to bolje

Dobrodošla!!

Najvažnije za pocetak je da imaš volje, ali kao što su vec rekle kolege prehrana je jako bitna..a i mislim da bi bilo bolje da spojiš 2 treninga u jedan crobni od 40 minuta npr..
ne pijem da te zaboravim, nego da te vidim duplo..;)
