Kvantiteta ili kvaliteta?

  U zadnje vrijeme (valjda je to sve povezano s ovim glupim vremenom, mojim niskim tlakom i obvezama na faksu) ne stižem na trening koliko bih željela pa sam pala na 3, 4 trening tjedno, a vidim da mi to nije dovoljno.

Cinjenica je da se, uz kišu i hladnocu, manje krecem tokom dana, i onda pocnem pucati na živce i jaaaaaaaooooo ljudima oko mene....

Uglavnom.... Da li mi je bolje da ostanem ovako na 3, 4 trening tjedno po 2 sata, ili da skratim treninge pa svaki dan odvojim po sat za trening?


Iako.... Znam sebe.... Dođem u teretanu i odredim si pola h na biciklicu, a kad program završi - ja krenem još jedan krug!!!! Pa si kažem: "Doooobrooo, ali danas ceš odraditi samo crobni" i onda to završi, a ja napadnem spravu za gluteus, cucnjevi, bucice.... Nikako da prevarim samu sebe!!!!

Bolje ti je onda odradit tih 3,4 treninga kako spada nego ih brljavit svaki dan - mislim da ti je ovih 3,4 sasvim dovoljno. Toliko radi sa utezima a između ako vec ne možeš izdržat ubaci neki kardio...uostalom uvijek doma još možeš izvađat neke kratke poluvježbice kad te živac ulovi :) tipa sklekovi ili cucnjevi... tako ja kad mi je dosadno

Theia, koji su ti tocno ciljevi? još mišica, ostati na istom, povecat definiciju.. što?

Pa znaš da sam ja cijelo vrijeme na definiciji

Nije da bih ja mrljavila, ali možda bi mi bilo bolje odraditi jedno 45 min cardio i pola h s utezima...?

  definitivno se slazem sa ostalima da je najbolje 3-4 puta max tijedno vijezbanja...odradis to kvalitetno i supericka....

  Gle ako ne želiš ništa previše mjenjati, radi kao i dosada, samo... stavi molim te cardio iza utega i to je to :D može?

  Ma ja stalno mijenjam te treninge. Sad sam prebacila kardio nakon utega.
