Tako je. Vidi se odmah.

Prvo sam imao sa 7 god spiralnu frakturu bedrene kosti i tada su mi doktori "unistili" buducnost. Krivo mi je zarasla noga (malcice na unutra) zbog krivo postavljenih utega na ekstenziji, te su preteske utege stavili i sada mi je noga duza š6mm.

Zatim sa nekih š4god mi je na nogometu puknuo prednji krizni ligament i doktori nisu htjeli nista poduzet, pa je tako i ostalo. I sada nemogu vise nogomet, sprinteve, ma prakticki nijedan sport di se trci, a nemogu bas ni cucanj sa nekim velikim tezinama jer mi samo propadne koljeno

Za trcanje ti nema šta bit žao. Ima i drugih nacina s kojima možeš postici slicne stvari.

cucnjevi...možda, naglašavam, možda se i može nešto napraviti po tom pitanju.

Vjerovatno si zbog ozljeda koljena osjetio posljedice i na drugim djelovima svog tijela, pa nije cudno da zbog raznih kompenziranja tijelo postane asimetricno po pitanju mobilnosti, a to ti može stvarati daljne probleme.

Kao što kaže saša.. moglo bi se možda nešto u vezi cucnja.. no treba vidjeti što je s ligamentima, i, zašto ne operiraš to?

p.s kakva ponavljanja sad radiš na cucnju?

Odlican video, odlicna fitness majica, odlicne vježbe - definitivno ovako treba poraditi i snimiti video isjecke!
Prvi si krenuo, nadam se da ce ostali za tobom... pravi primjer!

Za prvu mi se ucinilo da to doma vježbaš, no zbog okolnih reklama sam skužio da je teretana u koju ideš.

He he.. taj dio izgleda kao kucna prostorija.. Maknuo sam se od sprava, samo cisti utezi dolaze u obzir

Bude jos toga sljedeci tjedan, barem ove glavne vjezbe da obuhvatim
