samo da se pohvalim.. danas nakon š0 serija ramena i 6 serija tricepsa... isao sam probat bench, i podigao š00kg 2 puta :D, prvi puta u zivotu..

  Nista ne dodje preko noci.. i ja sam do pred malo bio na 85, pa odjednom skok.. poceo druge vjezbe i podigla se snaga..

  Pa nema veze moja tezina.. recimo nek je tebi prag od 80,85 ko meni od š00 na benchu.. samo radi osnovne vjezbe da dignes snagu, pa onda ce i bench ici vise..

kako nema veze njegova težina? zna se kako se gleda lift, u odnosu na tjelesnu težinu

ali mislin da bi triba minjat program uskoro radin ovaj vec 5 tjedana , a negdi san procita iluvatar je reka da svako misec dana triba minjat
