A stalno mi pokazuje da toliko potrošim, hehe
Neka, neka... Još cu uvijek živjet u uvjerenju da toliko potrošim u 5 minuta... To me tjera da radim još jace i bolje

Nitko ne može potrošiti š00 kalorija u 5 min na steperu , meni trening snage (naporan) od sat, sat i pol potroši po 450 kcal po nekim proracunima

Ne zamaraj se potrošnjom kalorija na tim spravama - sve je to relativno i ovisno o puno faktora.

Jedno pitanje za strucnije- preporuca li se steper i onima koji imaju problema s kostima u smislu da naginju malo osteoporozi, jako su mršavi i imaju problema s kralježnicom?

Koliko je on opasan/neopasan za zglobove?

Mislim da nebi trebalo biti nekakvih problema, dapace, ne dolazi do nikakvih udarac na zglobove, kao kod trcanja pa može biti samo sigurnije! A što se tice osteoporoze, brzo kalcij dok ima vremena

Au, pije se i jede se kalcij i D3 za bolju ugradnju, ali šta ceš, kako se ovdje vjecito ponavlja- genetika radi svoje , pa nekad ide na ruku a nekad ne.

Inace hodam brzo kao manijak, a i ciljane vježbe radim za tu boljku, također radim na jacanju trbušnih mišica (netipicni ali ne i manje vrijedni trbušnjaci, leđnih mišica, slabinski dio kralježnice & co.)

Trenerica mi je jako strucna i pažljivo mi radi program treninga, pa mi stalno ukazuje OVO DA/OVO NE, a steper mi je taman praktican za mali stan i pikiram jednog u Intersportu, tako da si razriješim dileme prije peglanja kartice

Ipak, ja sam dosta krhki lik i ne smim baš svojevoljno udrit po necemu, makar znam testirat izdržljivost nekad jer me ponese užitak vježbanja...
šta cu kad sam se navukla, npr. na brzo hodanje i ples, ajme na kraju završim sva zadihana ko da sam kanale kopala al šta mogu kad je to takav gušt
