Bok, samo da vas pitam za savjet, evo upravo sam dosao sa treninga (gimnastika) i popio proteine i sad je 23:35 h i bit cu budan do nekih 2h i uvijek ogladnim oko šh i tesko mi je izdrzat a da nesto ne pojedem i tako cijeli tjedan .. pa ima netko savjet kako da izdrzim tesko je heee a htio bi stvarno izdrzat da imam šest Paket ehehehheh ehehheh pozzz svima

kada ti zavrsava trening?
zasto proteinski napitak ne popijes neposredno nakon treninga (u svlacionici?), a kada do?es kuci u pola š2 veceras, legnes uz neku knjigu i za pola sata si gotov..

bezveze filozofiras, a nije nikakav bed

  dobro krivo sam se mozda izrazio popim u svlacioni ja proteine, dodem doma i gledanje telke i opet glad glad a kao nije dobro jest navecer pogotovo sranja .... dobro mozda sam postavio glupo pitanje ali me zanima kako se drugi nose sa time .. thnx

pojedi 250gr posnog sira prije nego sta legnes i mozes i malo orasastih plodova.ja pojeden š00gr kikirikija ti mozes i manje ako ti je to puno to dvoje bi te tribalo zasitit da ne ogladnis

 cemu cuđenje što si gladan kad ne pojedeš pošteni kruti obrok iza PWM-a?

Nebitno što je vecer...dakako da neceš udarit po hambiju, cipsu, kolacima, smokiju il cevapima, al recimo posni i neku biljku uz to i miran si.

Tesko se nosimo.. Pogotovo mi koji volimo jesti.. Ja se veoma tesko nosim sa time.. i da pojedem škg svjezeg sira navecer, i dalje psihicki sam gladan.. Prakticki samo cekam da pojedem nesto slatko i onda mogu na spavanje.. Ipak imamo problem u glavi sto se toga tice..

mogucom hranom... A moj trik je sljedeci: kažem si da što god želim pojesti
u tom trenutku, "odgađam" za ujutro. Malo se zavaram... A ujutro uopce
nemam želju za junkom! Nego fino zobene i jogurt. I tako svaku vecer

I jel došla koja kila u međuvremenu?  UH prije spavanja nisu baš poželjni.

A mislim heben je trik, ja da sebi tak šta kažem mislim da bi se sam istoga trena poslao u p m
