Za uzimanje dodataka prehrani uvijek se javljvaju samo decki, a što je s curama?
Preporucite mi nešto za smanjenje apetita, nešto što bi mogla uzeti za veceru i oporavak mišica nakon treninga.

Za oporavak si uzmi glutamin ako misliš da ti je toliko potreban, a za smanjenje apetita pitaj u ljekarni.

Ajd ne glutamin
bolje ovo što je zmaj rekao

a što se apetita tice, zašto bi smanjivala apetit navecer, pojedi posnog sira, 2 - 3 jaja i pola šnite integralnog kruha i nemaš se što brinuti
