 evo prije 2 tjedna poceo sam s kruznim treningom pa me zanima jel ima smisla raditi po ovom programu koji sam sastavio

cucanj

potisak s klupe bucicama

vucenje na lat masini

trbusnjaci

biceps pregib sipkom

opruzanje tricepsa na sajli

-izmedu vjezbi je odmor š5 sec,a nakon zavrsenog ciklusa 2-3 min

-napravim 6-7 ciklusa po treningu

-isti trening radim pon,sri,pet eventualno zamjenim neke vjezbe sa slicnima

triba tu jos vjezbi dodat, nesto za ramena recimo i dodaj jos pokoju vjezbu za ostalo
