zanim ma koliko je preporucljivo radit prsa na pilates lopti sa bucicama recimo do 30 kg po komadu, i da li se mogu postic bar približni rezultati uporabom lopte kod cucenjva i bucica uz to? znaci lopta na zid, naslonit se na nju, bucice u ruke i gore dolje...? :)

Pilates lopta je odlicna za press bucicama ali cucnjeve možeš raditi i bez nje

mogu li radit prsa SAMO sa loptom, da mi bude kao zamjena za klupicu? malo mi je to sumnjikavo jer nije ravna cvrsta podloga za oslonit leđa i to...?

a kad radim cucnjeve previše padam na iza, u protivnom mi koljena idu previše van preko nožnih prstiju :(

što se tice pressanja, u tome je i dobra stvar ;)

a cucanj, nauci dobro tehniku i probaj ovako rackati bucice na ramena Video

kolku bi loptu trebo uzet? jesu one podijeljene na neki promjer ili ...?

imam š85cm, 75 kg...

Koliko znam, nema podjele!
A cucanj se moraš nauciti raditi!
Može biti da imaš lošu mobilnost kukova pa te to zeza!
Ne znam dok ne vidim tako da bi morao snimiti cucanj

  Sto se tice lopti, imas 3 velicine ako se ne varam.. ja sam uzeo najvecu i taman mi je na mojih š8š cm.. ide po promjeru da..

Samo ja neznam dal bi to izdrzalo da se uzmu bucice od 30 kg i ide radit bench press

zato što su ne znaju razmišljati! to nije klupa za bench i onda s ene mogu ganajti iste kilaže kao na klupi za benc, ne barem od pocetka

  A na lopti više imaš i taj dio balansa i automatski ti se više mišica ukljucuje...što znaci i a ceš raditi manje kilaže nego na klupi...no ono....raditi ceš na više toga... ;)

A inace mislim da su te lopte testirane na nekih 400kg...ako se dobro sjecam...;)

jasno jasno da, krenut s manjom težinom pa pomalo povecavat, ovisno o napretku.

da li se može i na isti nacin izvoditi i glavna vježba za ramena? vidio sam klip na netu da i to rade iako i nema oslonca za leđa?

a valjda jer sam vidio da svi (vecina) radi to na klupici pa..., mada mislim da je možda pravilnije stojecki jer možeš više tijelo prilagodit opterecenju..? pametujem... :)

anyway, mislim da cu radit ramena iz cucnja, jer ce mi to bit puno efektivnije i prirodnije za moju uporabu....
naravno sve s bucicama...
