  Zanimaju me vasi recepti glede vecere.. Moja vecera je u vrijeme mrsavljenja bila uglavnom posni sir sa kikirikijem.. ponekad pileca prsa ili tuna.. sada sam zanemarivao to i naravno dobio kilograme, no danas je poceo rezim i evo vecera mislim da ce biti samo proteinski shake A vama?

Proteini Proteini Proteini - Najcešce POSNI i toi u raznim kombinacijama(+jogurt, pureca šunka, pomidora)
ili PUREcA šUNKA,PILEcA PRSA U OVITKU, HLADNA PILEcA PRSA(OD DAN RANIJE PEcENOG PILETA), TVRDI SIR S MANJE MASTI-SKUTA, EMENTALER, MOZZARELLA, prije sam znala dobit fini MLADI OVcJI SIR, RIBANAC,JAJA KUHANA/POšIRANA


Integralni kruh i pecivo skoro uvijek, ali u manjim kolicinama

Povrce-najcešce razne SALATE(radic, matovilac, endivija), POMIDORA, CIKLA, ROTKVICE, HREN


Nisam baš ljubitelj toplih vecera, nemam naviku kuhati, jedino se tu i tamo zalomi kakav gris na mlijeku ili kašica od mljevenih integralnih žitarica na mlijeku, po zimi kakv kakao s kruhom i pekmezom, ali to su iznimke.

No, vrlo cesto after dinner/prid Tv-om žvaknem komadicak neceg slatkog(keksic-dva ili mrva cokolade crne)

  A meni ce danas biti kikiriki i svjezi sir.. sutra bude slika prvih proteinskih plocica.. upravo se hlade u frizideru

možda bi ti bilo bolje povrce navecer Davore sa nekim izvorom proteina..... a ok reagiras na kikiriki? Meni se cini da mi ne pase...

moja vecera je uglavnom ostatak od rucka - neko lisnato povrce ili salata i meso/tuna/jaja....a ako sam na poslu posni s bademima, ili sa dvopekom, ili sam...

Ali gledam da proteini idu sa masnocama.. pa od kikirikija se nisam debljao.. ali uzmi u obzir da sam jeo š200,š300 kcal dok sam mrsavio.. onda sam mogao i cokoladu pojest navecer, pa se nebi debljao

Ja cu danas vecerati domacu pizzu sa posnim naravno, ali opet.. terba unjeti kalorija kad se puno trenira, tako se opravdavam za ovo veceras

  Jucer je bio posni i kikiriki.. a curi sam slozio tost sa integralnim kruhom, gaudom, purecom sunkom, majonezom, kecapom i krastavcima.. i onda sam morao gledat kako jede... nema tezih trenutaka

mene ponekad izluduje ta vecera...zadnje vrijeme mixam juhice + neka salata. krem juha od tikvica: skuham tikvicu-manju (narezanu) ostavim š dcl vode u kojoj se kuhala, tikvicu ocijedim bacim u blender, izmiksam, vratim u vodu pustim da provrije i stavim š žlicu vrhnja za kuhanje...mljac. Ista stvar s blitvom, špinatom, brokulom, cvjetacom....
Moze i bez zlice vrhnja ali je s njim puuuno ukusnije, mislim da nije prekaloricno,ili?

Kad smo vec kod tikvica, evo šta ja zadnje vrime znam napravit:
(Za š person)

š KRUMPIR narezat na manje komade i stavit kuhat lagano u malo blago posoljene vode-tek toliko da ih prekrije.
TIKVICE š vecu ili 2 manje narežem na kolutice/šnitice dodati nakon cca š0 min i sve skupa krckati da ispari cim više vode(ako treba - malo i izbaciti te vode).
Tako nekih š5 min i na kraju dodati malo pasirane rajcice. Izmiješati i pustiti još vrutak-dva i na kraju dodati svježi peršin nasjeckani.

To ispadne ko neki lagani cušpajz i jako dobro ide uz pecenu piletinu i salatu.

Moja omiljena vecera:

Komad piletina (prsa ili file zabatka) prokuhan u malo vode s bosiljkom.. Mrvica vegete i papra.
Nekada s malo pasirane rajcice,nekada bez.
Nešto posnog sira. Mljac..
(Ovo je dovoljno jer još nisam u fazi pretjerane fizicke aktivnosti)
Dabog da crko' fejsbuk kad ga svako ima..

Moja žuc podivlja na prženi kikiriki. Na masno opcenito, ali na kikiriki.... Uh.
