Malo pitanjce....dakle, ja jesam sitnije grade i sve to ali metabolizam je jako los i ko klinka sam uvijek se strasno lose hranila i imala velikih problema s trbuhom, zbog bolova i toga..sad pazim na prehranu kolko mogu ali moj je metabolizam nevjerovatno spor..postoje li neki dodaci koji ubrzavaju metabolizam a da necu bas ono izgubit na tezini drasticno jer se nebi htjela osusit.
Acitivu koristim svakodnevno i moram ju pohvalit. Fenomenalna je. Ali mislim na nesto konkretnije.

Još nisu smislili carobni napitak od kojeg ceš se osušiti

yes, to je to, svi bi se vadili na spor metabolizam jel

ajmo ponovit još jednom: jest manje obroke više puta u danu, i to hranu visokog termickog efekta (proteine i povrce u što više obroka), ne preskakat obroke i puštat velike pauze između njih,kretat se što više i pit puno vode i zelenog caja....vojla

 ...znam da je tema vec zakržljala al ovdje ponavljanja nikad dosta

 Naravno, to se podrazumijeva

veca mišicna masa - brži metabolizam.....ufff šta to volim, cijeli život cu vježbat samo da mogu jest ovako
