  pozdrav raja...naime blizi se š. mart, kad namjeravam poceti sa HIITom pa me zanima kad je najbolje da se provodi, citao sam ovdje, danima kad nemam treninga, ali me zanima koliko prije HIITa jesti i koliko poslije, da li da ga u jutro provodim...pucajte :))

  HIIT nemoj izvoditi na prazan zeludac..

Jedes prije i poslije kao i kada je rijec o teretani.. sat i pol prije pojedi kompleksne ugljikohidrate s proteinima, a odmah nakon treninga PWM..

na kakav tocno pwm misliš

ako misliš na klasican pwm sa glukozom - nikako,  kakva korist od hiita ako dignemo inzulin nakon njega?

može whey ali onda sa nekim složenim uh...

  davore znam za teratanu, tu jedem sat prije i sat i po poslije, zanima me HIIT, c sta bi bilo dobro, mozda zobene sa jajima da pojedem prije HIIT-a ili sta ja znam, i kad bi bilo najbolje  provoditi ga, sad mi krecu predavanja, a voljan sam ustati i sto ranije radi njega, nije mi belja, kkava je opcija navece

Pa najbolje predvecer jer rano ujutro jos organizam nema snage toliko, a HIIT ipak iziskuje energiju...
